I decided to try a new recipe today
Something basic yet filling
A love recipe
Flour milled to perfection
Sugar plentiful and savory
A crust for the foundation of our desire
Intentions made as plain as the bowl to the spoon
Mixing lives, relations, the ultimate blend
Sustaining a healthy yet delicious appetite
You joined me in the kitchen
Concocting this bond one stir at a time
The love is real.

Coming next week! "Bad Girl Tales" - the first anthology from Waid Books.
"Bad Girl Tales" was an idea that came from us wanting to showcase a few authors that are not signed to Waid Books. It was a joy to solicit and compile these various short stories and poems from these fantastic authors. We have entries from all over the U.S. as well as one from England!
