THE 2014 PROJECTS COMING FROM WAID BOOKS!

We are so proud to reveal partial covers and information regarding the authors that are coming from Waid Books in 2014.  Each of these projects has been a labor of love and we are excited about the journey that each author has taken to get to this point.  Without further ado we present The Authors...

The G-Mill (Gary N. Miller, Jr.)
POETRY RISING
"POETRY RISING"

The G-Mill (Gary) is a native of Harrisburg, PA and is allowing poetry to define the "trinity" of him.  Family, community and Spirituality have brought him a long way and this book of poetry tells a lot of the story.  "Poetry Rising" will be available in paperback and on #Amazon for ebook download in late December.  Congrats to The G-Mill! (Twitter: @gmillpoet)

We'd also like to give a special thank you to Maia Truesdale-Scott of www.labyrinthphotography.com and www.truesdaleart.com who did all of the photos for The G-Mill's book as well as this powerful photograph of him below:

Stormy Scott
THE WOMAN WITHIN

"The Woman Within" is the first poetry collection coming from the pen of Angelia "Stormy" Scott.  Stormy is a DC resident who loves God and the written word.

Stormy will also be featured in the upcoming Waid Books anthology "Bad Girl Tales" with her story "Tekoa Raynne".  Join us in celebrating Stormy when her book of poetry and inspirational quotes is released in early 2014. (Twitter: @authstormyscott)

Michael Allen
TALES FROM THE CONCRETE JUNGLE

Straight from the author's iPhone!

Have you ever been to the concrete jungle?  We think it differs for each person but the stories and emotions that Michael shares in "Tales from the Concrete Jungle" will make you think twice about many things.  From social consciousness to love to Black history, Michael covers it all.

"Tales from the Concrete Jungle" is coming right in time for Black History Month, but don't limit yourself to just one month a year to hear from this self described "militant" author.  Michael is the King of this Jungle.

Shileste
FREEDOM IN FORGIVENESS: A 21 DAY DEVOTIONAL

Shileste is an inspirational/spiritual writer from Harrisburg, PA.  Her first devotional (pictured above) has already been published and will be available for in e-book format very soon.  Copies of "Freedom in Forgiveness" can be purchased directly from Shileste (Email: shileste@hotmail.com).

We are excited to work with Shileste as she completes her next devotional that will be published by Waid Books. (Twitter: @shileste1)

We can't forget our existing authors...coming soon from:

T.L. Waid - Ghetto Gypsy
and
Andrea R. Cunningham - The Scarf Man/Battle Poetry in the Mist

That's a wrap for 2013.  As we slide into 2014 and releasing all of these new projects, we are humbled and grateful for your continued encouragement, feedback, reviews on Amazon/Goodreads and so much more.

Thank you Dear Reader!  We love you!

We will see you in January of 2014! Happy New Year!
